In the following video, Dr Gariaev talks about his research; including one experiment where rats were given a toxin to destroy pancreatic function which made them diabetic. The were treated using a Matrix derived from healthy rats to rejuvenate their pancreatic and metabolic function, including one group that were 20km away.  All treated rats made a full recovery.  All the rats in the control group failed to re-establish pancreatic function. This experiment has been independently repeated and verified, including histopathology to prove what happened in the pancreas.

This principle explains how all the Matrices can work over time.
